This home-search website is operated by AgencyOne Realty on the RealtyPass platform (RealtyPass, Inc.). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Using this site

The site is for your personal, non-commercial use in identifying properties you may be interested in buying, selling, or renting. Don’t scrape, harvest, resell, or republish listing data, and don’t use the site in any unlawful way.

2. Listing information

Listing data comes in part from the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) and is updated regularly, but it is provided as-is: prices, statuses, and details can change or contain errors, and nothing here is a promise that a property is available or accurately described. Verify anything important independently or with your agent. Required MLS disclosures appear in the site footer and on each listing.

3. Your account

Accounts sign in with a one-time code sent to your email — keep access to that email secure, since anyone with the code can access your account. Give us accurate information, and use only your own email address. We may suspend accounts that abuse the site. You can stop using your account at any time; to have it removed, contact AgencyOne Realty.

4. Saved homes, searches, and alerts

Saving homes and searches turns on email updates you control: change frequency or remove searches on your account page, or use the unsubscribe link in any alert email. Alerts are informational and can lag the market — a listing may change before an email reaches you.

5. Working with the brokerage

When you register, save homes or searches, request a tour, or send a message, your information and activity are shared with AgencyOne Realty and its agents so they can respond and help you — that is the point of the site. Creating an account does not by itself create an agency relationship; that happens only through a separate written agreement.

6. The platform

The site is provided on the RealtyPass platform. Neither AgencyOne Realty nor RealtyPass is liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or decisions made in reliance on listing data, to the maximum extent the law allows. The site is provided without warranties of any kind.

7. Copyright

To report content you believe infringes your copyright, see the DMCA notice.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
