Privacy Notice

This home-search website is operated by AgencyOne Realty on the RealtyPass platform (RealtyPass, Inc., the service provider that hosts and processes site data on the brokerage’s behalf). This notice explains what the site collects and how it is used.

What we collect

What you give us: your name, email, and phone when you create an account, request a tour, or send a message. What the site records as you use it: homes you save, searches you save, tours you request, and listings you view while signed in. Basic technical data (like browser type) is processed to run the site; sign-in state and preferences are kept in cookies and your browser’s local storage.

How it’s used — and who sees it

Your information and activity are shared with AgencyOne Realty and its agents. That is the purpose of the site: registering or reaching out creates a contact record with the brokerage, and your saved homes, saved searches, and tour requests are visible to them so they can respond and help with your search. The platform also uses your activity to send the email alerts you turn on and to operate your account.

What we don’t do

Your personal information is not sold. It is not shared outside AgencyOne Realty and the service providers needed to run the site (for example, RealtyPass as the platform and an email delivery service for codes and alerts), except as required by law.

Email you control

Sign-in codes and tour confirmations are transactional. Search and price alerts are optional: manage them on your account page or use the one-click unsubscribe link in any alert email — unsubscribing stops all alert email immediately.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. To delete your account and its saved data, contact AgencyOne Realty via the contact page; note the brokerage may retain contact records it is required to keep.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including Washington and California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Send requests through the contact page and they will be honored as the law requires.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this notice; the effective date above changes when we do. The RealtyPass platform’s own privacy policy is at realtypass.com/privacy.
