Applications will not be accepted until all prospective tenants have toured the property in person. The lease term is 12 months, with an option to renew. Tenants are responsible for all utility services, including electricity, water, sewer, garbage/waste management, and internet, while the owner will cover HOA dues. Tenants are also responsible for general yard maintenance, and the necessary equipment will be provided. A small dog may be accepted with prior approval and an additional pet deposit. The first month’s rent and a security deposit equal to one month’s rent are required prior to move-in. Portable screening reports are not accepted.
